DeAille was born in Hongkong,China and raised in Canada.She used to work at Shangri’la Hotel in Canada.During a gastronomy tour, she met Alvin who was the guest at the event, and after that, she joined Bo Innovation, a Michelin three star restaurant in Hongkong. After, she came to Bo Shanghai as a chef.
DeAille used to be an engineer. The rigor, innovation, and perseverance of an engineering student became the culinary philosophy of Bo Shanghai.She is now the first female chef with a Michelin stars in mainland China.
