Allstar Communications has partnered with Refer since March 2021 to create an immersive dining experience and borderless culinary aesthetic. With the help of our PR strategy, the restaurant has become a sought-after destination for food lovers to visit in Taikoo Li Sanlitun Beijing.  

Refer was created and launched by Chef Talib Hudda and his team in August 2020. The Canadian chef has worked in a number of world-renowned restaurants and studied at Copenhagen’s two-starred Alchemist 2.0 during the preparation of Refer. 

The word reference, from where the restaurant’s name originates, speaks of the chef’s bold concept of referring anything in the natural world or city life, of breaking boundaries between geographic regions and cooking styles, and of creating a unique immersive dining experience. 

Since our cooperation, Refer has garnered numerous accolades including Restaurant of the Year by Golden Phoenix Tree Beijing Restaurant Guide 2021 and Diamond Restaurant by Ctrip Gourmet List, attracting wide attention from media at home and abroad.
