Shenzhen – Ensue

In June 2019, Allstar Communications started to lay out the PR strategy for the opening of Ensue in Shenzhen. Later in August, Ensue, a world-class restaurant project built with top-tier Michelin standard was successfully launched on the top floor of Futian Shangri-La. 

Ensue, the first China outlet launched by the celebrated chef Christopher Kostow who has been awarded three Michelin stars for nine consecutive years, marks the latest milestone in carrying out Chef Kostow’s culinary philosophy. With a concept that skilfully blends California’s farm-to-table food culture, Cantonese ingredients and techniques, Ensue’s menu is a tribute to local terroir, gastronomic palate and culinary traditions. 

Our integrated PR campaign has helped to establish Ensue as a premium high-end Western restaurant in South China. It has received wide acclaim from media at home and abroad, including 69th place on Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants List in 2021 and One Diamond on Black Pearl Restaurant Guide.
