Along with winter, the harvest season of precious delicacy, white truffle – the diamond of the table – comes as well. The reason why white truffles are rare than black truffles is that they cannot be cultivated artificially due to their harsh requirement to the growing environment. They are only produced from October to December every year. Now is the best timing to taste this dainty.
