Cellar To Table has liven up to its name in every sense of the term. Conceptualised from the popular ‘bistronomy’, Cellar To Table is a cosy, well-designed wine bar and bistro that combines causal wine tasting and dining culture to offer quality wines as well as complete dining experience. Auxey-Duresses Premier Cru Les Duresses 2017 from Domaine Pascal Prunier-Bonheur has a ruby color of beautiful intensity, typical of a Pinot Noir harvested at full maturity. The nose is superb, very open and concentrated, with notes of small black fruits. The mouth is explosive, greedy, crunchy, with a very present fruit. The woody notes are melted. The wine has silky tannins on the attack, which assert themselves a little more on the finish.

On the nose, the wine develops aromas of exotic fruits and peach. In the mouth, it turns out to be very fair and balanced despite its richness, and stands gracefully.
