上海玉芝兰自6月15日(周一)起推出臻选夏日菜单,以时令食材为灵感,主厨骆启龙将传统川菜以匠心思路幻化出曼妙演绎。
A brand new summer menu will be launched on 15th June in Yuzhilan Shanghai. Inspired by seasonal ingredients, chef Luo Qilong has turned traditional Sichuan cuisine into a creative tasty journey.

鸡枞菌素有“比肉还好吃的菌子”之美誉,经历过雨季的洗礼,愈发鲜甜,佐以黑毛猪肋排,加老母鸡汤一起熬煮, 排骨的香糯呼之欲出。
Renowned as more savory than meat, the fresh termite mushrooms become milder and sweeter during the rainy season. Accompanied by iberico ribs and stewed hen soup, the dish preserves the tastes of both fine texture and umami palate.
